What can you say about The Beastie Boys? I still remember the first time I heard them. I was in my friend Rodney's basement. I remember performing one of their songs in a lip-sync contest when I was in middle school and I remember us fighting over who was going to be MCA. Years and years of great music. All I can really say is, thank you. Where would Hip-Hop be without The Beastie Boys?
So episode 14 starts rolling with a slew of great new Hip-Hop. After The Beasties the first voice you will hear is one of Macon's most creative talents, Al King. Al King just had a birthday and he celebrated it with a performance and an album release. The album is called "Casual Encounters" and you can download it for free. Then we have another Macon favorite, Doski Wo. Doski also recently released a new album that you can download for free. You can find it on his Facebook page. Then we have music from Philly all-stars Ethel Cee and dumhi, and Lushlife. From there it really gets rolling with music from De La Soul, a Q-Tip remix from TenDJiz, Homeboy Sandman and lots more.

Al King ... you worms
There is a TON of fantastic music in this episode so get strapped in. But there is one thing I have you share with you; my newest musical crush. Maylee Todd is a beautiful, creative, harp player and singer out of Canada. I play a remix of her song Hieroglyphics by Tall Black Guy (awesome producer, if you don't know you better ask somebody) but don't just stop there. Check out as much of her stuff as you can because you will be amazed.
And now, let's get into it.
